THE ISLANDS; Kahuna, Nevoso and In-Between

when joining, you choose which island you want to start off at, kahuna or nevoso;
kahuna is larger with eight territories;
kahuna was once inhabited by humans until the volcano erupted and they were forced to evacuate to the nearby islands;
nevoso is smaller with only five territories;
nevoso was and still is a territory covered in jungles, forest, and a few waterfalls and is quite a beautiful setting;
nevoso also has beaches while kahuna's were destroyed by the humans before they left and while they were evacuating;
kahuna is typically darker horses while nevoso is typically lighter ones;

TERRITORIES; everything about them

anyone can own a territory;
no need to have mares before you claim/challenge for a territory;
each leader can make up whatever rules or ranks for their herd;
you make make alliances with other leaders or territories from the same island, however, you may not make alliances with territories from the other island;
you may allow creatures from the other island to stay in you territory, but it may give you lots of grief from your leader;
if all territories are claimed, you simply may challenge or steal for one; or you may become someone's second or third ^^;
you may only challenge to be king or queen of an island if you are already the lead of a territory on the same island;
you get to choose if you want a herd or a gender-only land when you claim/challenge/sneak for one;
there are no designated "mare (or stallion) only lands"; if a land is run by a mare, it is mare-only; if a stallion claims a land, he may choose to have a herd or to have it become stallion-only;
you may make your land look however you want, but you must go along with your Island and area on the map;
if on kusheth, you must have at least some sort of human inhabitance or ruins; it can be like one human living alone or house ruins or a whole house; doesn't matter;
if on nevoso, you may have a cottage on the beach or something; nothing aside from the beaches, though.
if a land is inactive for more than two weeks, then the territory may be claimed
if the lead of a land hasn't posted in two weeks then the territory can be claimed and the other there may choose to do as they wish;
so, if a person playing a lead is gone for more than two weeks, your territory may be claimed; it isn't something personal, it is to keep the rpg going so not everyone is just posting away to keep their land;
